Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by researching and engaging potential clients.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospects, highlighting the value and benefits of our MSP solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and drive lead generation.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions that align with their business goals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT or MSP industry.
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
