Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Design and configure CRM systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within existing CRM systems.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of CRM systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing recommendations for optimization and enhancement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including implementation and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, processes, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) preferred.
