Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based solutions, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Perform system administration tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and provide recommendations for technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft technologies, recommending new solutions and technologies as appropriate.

Salary:

• $160,000 basic
