IFS Consultant - Utilities

Hamilton Barnes is on the lookout for a seasoned IFS Consultant to partner with a leading Utilities institution on an exciting 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension beyond 12 months.

You'll play a leading role in a global IFS implementation program, driving the successful migration to IFS Cloud and ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client workshops to understand business needs, translating them into solutions that support sales and presales efforts, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Design and execute comprehensive cloud migration strategies, covering infrastructure, data migration, and integration, with a focus on IFS Applications.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices and architectural standards are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong expertise in system assessments, optimization, integration methodologies, APIs, and requirement gathering to ensure robust, scalable cloud-based solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience leading IFS ERP implementation projects in a senior functional role, with strong knowledge of IFS methodology.
• Deep expertise in configuring IFS Cloud and older versions, with proficiency across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR modules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including mentoring other consultants and advising on optimal IFS Cloud architecture and module selection.
• Proven success in an Architect role within end-to-end IFS implementations, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
