Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the help desk system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed.
  • Provide end-user training and guidance on software applications and IT policies.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Participate in regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with clients and colleagues.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.
