Responsibilities: 

• Lead centralized delivery functions, ensuring flawless service for the ISP brand and Tier 1 partners.
• Manage operations and vendor relationships for the ISP back-end systems and fiber service delivery.
• Develop strategic relationships with Tier 1 tenants and lead expansion into new fiber markets.
• Oversee KPIs for cost, quality, speed of installations, and ticket management (break/fix, outage, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in telecom or service provider field, with experience in multi-market operations.
• Strong background in fiber or wireless operations (direct or vendor management).
• Proven vendor management and budget oversight skills.
• Experience with ticket/CRM systems like Remedy or Salesforce.
