Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Infrastructure: Align IT with business growth, optimize processes, and develop a future-proof IT landscape.
• IT Security: Implement, monitor, and enhance security standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Support & Service Management: Oversee IT support, enhance helpdesk efficiency, and implement best practices in incident management.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a five-person IT team, identifying training needs and fostering growth.

Skills/Must have:
