Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy Development and Alignment: Define and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals. Ensure that technology investments support growth, enhance operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring that all teams, including infrastructure, security, application development, and IT support, work cohesively. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for IT staff across various locations.
- IT Governance and Compliance: Establish IT governance frameworks and ensure adherence to industry standards, legal regulations, and internal policies. Oversee compliance with data protection laws, cybersecurity protocols, and other relevant IT regulations.
- Technology Innovation and Implementation: Identify and introduce emerging technologies and digital tools that can enhance business operations, drive cost efficiencies, and create competitive advantages. Lead the implementation of new systems and solutions to support business scalability and modernization.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Oversee technology investments, vendor negotiations, and contract management, ensuring cost-effective use of technology while delivering high-quality services.
- Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization from external and internal threats. Ensure continuous monitoring of IT systems to prevent data breaches and minimize operational risks.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure IT services are responsive and aligned with organizational objectives. Serve as the key liaison between IT and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
- Project Management and Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes system upgrades, migrations, cloud strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs to monitor IT performance and service levels. Regularly report to the executive leadership on IT performance, risks, opportunities, and the status of ongoing projects.
Skills/Must have:
- IT Architecture experience (Cloud, Application and Network)
- Leadership experience
- Ideally, experience designing internal IT processes and Governance

- €120,000 gross per year (Maximum)
