As a Graduate Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our client's UK team, engaging with clients and troubleshooting Network and Hardware Issues.
While certifications such as CCNA or JNCIA or any certs around AWS, Azure, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint etc are valued, what matters most is your exceptional personality, mindset, and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Network and Hardware Issues
- Responding to Customer Queries
- Diagnosing and Resolving Basic Issues
- Logging Incidents and Requests
- Monitoring Network Performance
- Supporting Network and Hardware Changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a must
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in networking, security, and surveillance technology.
- Previous internship, work experience, or projects related to networking, security, IoT or Surveillance is needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in an office-based environment in London, 5 days a week, with occasional work from home opportunities.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
