Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop potential customer leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using Outreach.io and Salesforce to track progress and manage sales pipelines.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions focused on GCP, Google Workspace, and Azure services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders, nurturing long-term partnerships that can transition to Account Executives or senior sales staff.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in GCP, Google Workspace, and Azure to effectively communicate product benefits and use cases to prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups. Generate regular reports on sales activities and results to guide strategic decisions.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a business development, sales, or similar role with a focus on selling GCP and Google Workspace solutions.
- Solid understanding of GCP, Google Workspace, and Azure, with the ability to communicate their benefits and applications to potential clients.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for CRM management is required; experience with Outreach.io is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and present effectively to potential clients.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in or selling for a managed service provider.
- Familiarity with other sales engagement tools and cloud service providers.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
