Play a pivotal role in revolutionizing in-home connectivity!  As an Advanced Fiber Optic Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality installations. You'll work on a variety of tasks, including:

• Installing and maintaining fiber cable services for homes and businesses.
• Interpreting blueprints, splicing fiber optic cables, and validating network connections.
• Mentorship and training of fellow technicians.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients.
• Providing a positive and professional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Technician or similar role (2+ years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of fiber splicing techniques and procedures.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-growth environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational school training or apprenticeship (a plus).
• Valid Class D Driver's License.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role.
