Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and expansion of FTTH projects across Wisconsin.
• Handle permitting and ensure adherence to OSP construction standards.
• Perform field staking and maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address backend construction requirements and revisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in OSP engineering and construction.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS; familiarity with Vetro software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and USDA code compliance.
• Experience in field staking and quality assurance within OSP projects.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
