Responsibilities:

• Utilize deep knowledge of ISA, GIA, and SIPP products to address client needs and develop effective business solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends in Wealth Management and UK Life & Pensions Insurance to enhance service offerings.
• Create and maintain user EPICs, user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Perform GAP analysis and stakeholder analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Skills/Must have:

• Strong understanding of ISA, GIA, and SIPP products and their business impact.
• Experience in Wealth Management platforms and UK Life & Pensions Insurance business processes.
• Understanding of requirements elicitation techniques, logical modelling, and software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile).
• Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN 2.0, UML, and tools like ARIS, EA, and Visio.
