Role Responsibilities:
- Interpret and execute work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
- Troubleshoot and repair fiber-optic internet outages, restoring service as quickly as possible.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Install and secure fiber-optic cable and modems in office spaces, ensuring reliable connectivity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience operating common hand and power tools.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
