Role Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and execute work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and repair fiber-optic internet outages, restoring service as quickly as possible.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Install and secure fiber-optic cable and modems in office spaces, ensuring reliable connectivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience operating common hand and power tools.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
