Responsibilities:
- Offer on-site technical support and hardware repair services for laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, and related devices, catering to both commercial and residential customers.
- Perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on various IT products.
Skills/Must have:
- Secondary/high school qualified with a relevant technical qualification and 6-12 months relevant work experience
- PC certifications and/or repair experience
- Desk side based experience and use of ticket management tools are a bonus
