Responsibilities:

• Generate designs for new fiber and wireless construction projects.
• Improve existing designs for cost and functionality enhancements.
• Develop accurate cost projections to support decision-making, contracting, and construction.
• Generate field maps for staking and inspection purposes.
• Collect and analyze data on poles, utilities, and other features as necessary.
• Stay knowledgeable on relevant products in the industry.

Skills/Must Have:

• Proficiency and comfort with software, including Microsoft Office, and a quick ability to learn new programs.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexibility, troubleshooting skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% for industry shows, customer visits, etc.
