Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Director to organize and lead the operations department, ensuring that the team is motivated and focused on key objectives.
• Manage the operational aspects of the data centers, ensuring that all installations comply with supplier guidelines and operate at peak performance.
• Oversee and support the facility team in daily tasks and larger projects, from maintenance planning to upgrades of HVAC and power systems.
• Act as the key technical and operational interface between the company and customers, offering support for Service Delivery and technical expertise in customer bids.
• Manage ongoing projects, including cost optimization, risk reduction for downtime, and ensuring projects meet SLAs, budgets, and timelines.

Skills/Must have:

• Higher education in electromechanics or relevant experience in electrical installations, HVAC systems, and other critical technical maintenance.
• Several years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining business-critical installations, with an emphasis on project management and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, power generators, UPS installations, data cabling, and access control systems.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a practical, hands-on approach, along with a valid category B driving license.
