Responsibilities: 

  • Provide onsite support at client locations, including States of Guernsey sites.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests involving hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Handle configuration and support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and client applications.
  • Perform office-based remote support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers for issue resolution.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (installation, troubleshooting, and configuration).
  • Familiarity with PC builds (hardware components: motherboards, CPUs, memory, etc.).
  • Knowledge of IT security tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus).
  • Experience with SCCM and ITIL Foundation V4 certification.
  • Expertise in Microsoft technologies like Azure, Intune, or similar.
