Responsibilities:

•  Engage with customers to discuss systems and provide solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the engineering department.
• Oversee the daily operations of the workshop.
• Travel to customer locations as required to provide support and meet with clients.

Required Skills:

• Hands on RF knowledge
• DMR/PMR
• UHF,VHF,HF
• UK Drivers License
• Strong communication skills
• Possess managerial experience or aspirations, with a focus on customer engagement and industry knowledge
