Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to drive individual and team success.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives, target new opportunities, and expand market share in the Northwest Arkansas region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance and revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging, customer outreach, and lead generation.
  • Identify emerging business trends and market needs, driving proactive solutions and offering strategic consulting to clients.
  • Manage key accounts and engage in contract negotiations, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technology solutions we provide, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills/Must have:

  • Knowledge of the IT services industry and Managed Service Provider (MSP) market trends.
  • Experience in consultative sales, particularly in complex technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development, with a strong background in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage high-performing individuals.
  • Strong expertise in sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • A deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • A strong background in customer service, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service at all stages of the client relationship.
  • Previous experience in the technology or IT industry is highly preferred, with familiarity in Managed IT Services, Document Solutions, or related fields.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in sales management or business development, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and communicate the benefits of complex technology solutions to a diverse customer base.
