Responsibilities: 

• Onboard, train, and lead a high-performing team to manage Michigan’s fiber operations.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including network maintenance, service drops, and technician scheduling.
• Recruit and onboard staff and contractors, ensuring operational goals are met with top talent.
• Optimize processes and workforce efficiency, driving performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience in Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) operations and deployment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to excel.
• Strong experience in budget management and resource optimization.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, adept at improving operational efficiency.
• Adaptability and a growth-oriented attitude, thriving in a startup environment.
