Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field data collection, design, permitting, and GIS teams, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in the telecom industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in Outside Plant Engineering and Telecom design
• Proven ability to manage large teams across multiple locations, including remote teams
• Strong background in budget management, scheduling, and financial forecasting

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
• 20% annual bonus
