The company is currently looking for a Director of Data & Analytics to lead the team! As the Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics, you will report to the Head of Enterprise Data and Insights. The primary responsibility will be to lead and drive the organization's analytics strategy and develop its capabilities.

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with business teams: 

  • Engage in collaborative efforts with business stakeholders across all business functions globally to gain a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Identify potential opportunities
  • Effectively translate business requirements into data-driven analytics solutions.

Analytics Strategy: 

  • Take ownership of developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise analytics strategy that is closely aligned with the organization's overarching business objectives.

Team Leadership: 

  • Foster the growth and provide leadership to a high-performing team comprising of data analysts, architects, delivery managers, and visualization developers.

Data Visualization: 

  • Guide a team in the creation of impactful data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate findings, enabling the business to make informed and faster decisions.

Advanced Analytics: 

  • Facilitate the transition of the team from a Business Intelligence (BI) focus to an Advanced Analytics approach by fostering the growth of data science skills within the team.

Industry Best Practices: 

  • Keep abreast of the latest analytics trends, industry best practice, and methodologies.


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading global analytics team.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully collaborating with business teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL, or similar), statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • Ability to understand business challenges, translate them into data-driven questions, and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
