We are partnered with a Microsoft Gold Partner situated in Msida, that provides IT services to a number of clients, both large and small, since 2002. They pride themselves on the motto of; “WE MANAGE IT” Whatever your requirements in the world of IT are, rest assured that they can do it expertly and cost-effectively. They are a team of more than 35 people with years of hands-on experience in all the various aspects of Information Technology and how it should be integrated into the business.

As a Digital Transformation Associate, you will be an agent of change, helping companies modernise and streamline their operations through digital technology. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business processes, and organisational culture. You will assist in assessing current systems and proposing innovative solutions that align with strategic business goals.

In this evolving role, you will develop your analytical and technical skills while contributing to meaningful transformation projects. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about driving change and thrive in environments that require both technical expertise and strong people skills.


Key Responsibilities:

 User-Centric Analysis & Solution Development:

  • Evaluate Client Processes: Assist in analysing clients' operational workflows and data management practices to understand the impact on end-users.
  • Design Digital Solutions: Collaborate in developing cloud-based and scalable digital solutions, focusing on user experience, accessibility, and sustainability.
  • Support Change Management: Aid in facilitating change management processes, helping clients adapt to new digital tools and processes smoothly.

Project Assistance:

  • Assist in Project Management: Contribute to the management of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the maintenance of high client satisfaction by engaging in meticulous quality checks and providing continuous, timely feedback to clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Help translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.

Foundational Skills in Emerging Technologies:

  • Data Literacy: Candidates should have, or be willing to develop, the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Cloud Computing: A basic understanding of cloud platforms is preferred, but a strong willingness to upskill in cloud technologies is essential as businesses increasingly move to flexible, scalable solutions.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles is crucial. Candidates should either possess this knowledge or demonstrate a commitment to learning how to protect digital assets during transformation.
  • Automation and AI: Experience with automation tools and AI is advantageous. However, candidates should at least have a strong interest in gaining proficiency in these areas to optimise operations.
  • Change Management: The ability to support and engage in change management processes is important. Candidates should be ready to help facilitate smooth transitions as organisations adopt new technologies.

Client Relationship Support:

  • Build Trust and Collaboration: Aid in establishing and nurturing client relationships, working towards building trust and collaboration.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Participate in identifying opportunities to improve existing client processes, contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Salary/Day Rate:

  • Up to €26,000 Basic Per Annum (IT Background no experience)
  • Up to €37,000 Basic Per Annum if they have experience

Location:

  • Msida 4x a week in office
