Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Present and sell Dell products and solutions to both new and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide the best solutions and services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Dell products, services, and market trends.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and product teams to improve offerings and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of sold products and services.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling Dell products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Dell product lines and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
