Day 2 Network Engineer - Technology Vendor

Responsibilities: 

• Design, deploy, implement, support, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide day 2 support, addressing escalations, network optimizations, and post-deployment stability.
• Work extensively with Cisco routing and switching technologies, along with WAN/LAN infrastructure.
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco ACI, ensuring seamless network automation and policy-driven operations.
• Leverage Python scripting and Linux administration to streamline automation, configuration, and optimization.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills to understand requirements, provide updates, and deliver top-tier support.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in network design, deployment, and support within a Cisco-centric environment.
• Expertise in Cisco routing and switching, WAN/LAN networks, and Cisco ACI.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and Python scripting for network automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of resolving complex network challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Cisco certifications (CCNP or higher) are highly desirable.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
