Database Administrator - Managed Service Provider

This is also a hybrid workgin role where you will have the chance to work from the comfort of your own home for 4 days a week! 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine database administration tasks including installation, configuration, migration, patching and upgrading of the database 
• Identify and resolve database performance issues
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and proactive management of database systems 
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents and problems
• Develop and maintain documentation related to database administration procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting

Skills/Must have:

• Database Administration experience 
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft 
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, Sybase, MySQL
• Experience with Windows, Unix or Linux 
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP cloud 
• Experience with database monitoring tools
