Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, upgrade and migrate various cyber security technologies including SIEM, EDR, AV, IDS, IPS, IAM and more
- Consult with customers post sales to improve the capability of security tools
- Be taught to use the custom SOAR technologies
- Automate daily tasks
Skills/Must have:
- Cyber Security tool deployment experience - SIEM, EDR, AV, IDS, IPS, IAM etc
- Strong Customer engagement experience (post sales)
- Security tool enhancement experience
