 We are partnered with a Service Provider that is looking to expand their team as they prepare to acquire another ISP. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company focused on providing excellent service to our customers. In this role, you will support internal teams, assist with IP assignments, troubleshoot issues, and help with the deployment of fiber optic technology. With a supportive team culture and hands-on training, you’ll have the chance to grow your technical skills while contributing to essential projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide generic customer service IT support to businesses and internal staff.
  • Assist with laptop and printer setups, as well as general troubleshooting.
  • Manage IP assignments and ensure efficient network operations.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support as needed.
  • Contribute to the deployment of fiber optic technology, including transitioning to a FISP model in rural areas.

Skills/Must Have:

  • Net+ certification (essential).
  • MTCIA and CCNA certifications preferred.
  • A general understanding of networking principles.
  • Prior experience in WISP or MSP environments is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
