Critical Facilities Technician - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor critical systems for alarms and ensure the secure and stable operation of the facility.
• Activate third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Update and close service tickets.
• Inform customers about ongoing incidents and resolutions.
• Handle facility-related incidents by troubleshooting or coordinating with specialised vendors.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (one week at a time) to respond to urgent alarms remotely or on-site.
• Support remote hands activities by following detailed instructions from IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Act as part of the operations team, by informing, helping and consulting when needed.

Skills/Must have:

• Critical facilities experience (DC, Marine, Buildings, or anything related to HVAC, or Elektrotechnik).
• B2 German speaking.

Benefits:

• 10% on call allowance

Salary:

• CHF115,000 gross per year
