Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2-level support for DSR, Diameter signaling, and roaming solutions.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Diameter-based networks.
• Manage roaming configurations, steering of roaming, and signaling traffic.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues.
• Support network operations teams with fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with roaming agreements, security policies, and SLAs.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in DSR, Diameter, and roaming technologies.
• Hands-on experience with DSR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Diameter signaling protocols (Gx, Gy, S6a, S9).
• Experience with international roaming, IPX/GRX, and steering of roaming.
• Ability to analyse logs, troubleshoot issues, and support operational teams.
• Familiarity with telecom core network architecture (4G LTE, VoLTE, 5G preferred).
