Responsibilities: 

• Oversee telecommunications construction projects, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Supervise multiple teams, coordinating with subcontractors and managing day-to-day operations.
• Document change orders and monitor financial performance to ensure project profitability.
• Report to senior management, keeping them informed on project progress and any operational challenges.

Required Skills/Experience: 

• Proven experience in telecommunications construction management.
• Ability to manage and motivate construction crews, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage clients, change orders, and project estimates.

Salary:

• $68,000 - $92,000 annually
