Responsibilities:
- Execute Level 3, 4, and 5 commissioning of key data center systems, including electrical switchgear, UPS, chillers, and security systems.
- Oversee system installations, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with operational and industry standards.
- Develop commissioning plans and documentation, including test procedures, reports, and as-built documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with project teams and contractors.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems during commissioning without impacting live operations.
- Create and test site-specific SOPs, MOPs, and emergency response procedures.
- Train end-users and maintenance personnel on commissioned systems.
- Utilize change management processes for maintenance approvals and documentation.
Skills/Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data center engineering, commissioning, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, CCTV, access control, network infrastructure, and fire detection/suppression.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot operations of various building systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to other data center locations as needed.
Nice to have:
- Experience with security hardware (Access Control, CCTV, Biometric Systems).
- Telecom/Network expertise (Switches, VLANs, Structured Cabling, IP Telephony).
- Life Safety System knowledge (Fire Risers, VESDA, Gaseous Suppression).
