Responsibilities: 

• Deliver technical services to customers both onsite and remotely.
• Offer technical support for in-house managed service provider (MSP) clients.
• Provide technical assistance for our office, lab, and data center operations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Administrative tasks such as migrations and upgrades for both operating systems and hardware.
• New installations and implementations of operating systems and hardware.
• Troubleshooting.
• Ad-hoc support for customers.

Secondary role(s) include: 

• Assist with pre-sales solutions and architecture design.
• Create statements of work for projects.
• Provide informal skills transfer to both customers and colleagues.
