They are now seeking a Cloud Cyber Security Engineer, for a 6-month where you will be the SME for cloud security implementations, initiatives and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of Information Security solutions.
  • Review, validate and implement security-related Change Control requests including initial approval / rejection.
  • Operate independently as a technical resource on security related projects.
  • IT support relating to issues with InfoSec and systems infrastructure.
  • Document maintenance for all relevant systems infrastructure.
  • In partnership with the customer management teams, assist in the architecture and development of IT security solutions aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • As a key member of the InfoSec team, participate in lead architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployments and future support.

Skills/Must have:

  • Min 5 years of recent experience in working with AWS and Azure Cloud Security
  • Expert knowledge in MS Security. Defender, Sentinel, Entra AD Defender Email, Defender Cloud
  • Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Managment (IAM). Microsoft
  • Professional IT and/or Security Certifications, such as: Check Point CCSE, CCSM or CCCS. Azure Architect AZ-303 or Security AZ-500
  • Specific skills / experience in the Azure & Check Point platforms:
      • Routing in cloud specifically with PaaS Services.
      • AKS experience. 
      • Route Tables
      • How UDRs function
      • Load Balancers
      • API Management
      • Understand Firewall policy management with relation to dynamic objects and service tags. 
      • Ability to integrate with Agile teams for fast deployment of policy. 
      • Ability to consult on new designs and provide direction/requirements as needed. 
      • Expert level experience in network systems troubleshooting and technical diagnosis skills.
  • Ability to assume the role of technical lead on behalf of customer with vendor
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials. e.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

Salary:

  • $90 Per Hour
