Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and secure collaboration solutions using Cisco technologies, including but not limited to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Webex, and Cisco Contact Center.
• Architect integrations between Cisco collaboration tools and third-party applications to ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct technical assessments and prepare design documentation, including HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design).
