Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement extensive strategies for business development.
  • Grow recently acquired accounts to unlock revenue potential.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities to expand revenue growth.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and successfully conclude deals, reaching or surpassing sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
  • Actively participate in account planning and strategising to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in an Business Development role within the technology sector, with a focus on and of the following: Network solutions, IT Infrastructure, copper structure solutions & fiber optic solutions.
  • Experience in selling either: Aruba, Cisco, Fiber Optic and Copper Structure solutions 
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
