Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement extensive strategies for business development.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities to expand revenue growth.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and successfully conclude deals, reaching or surpassing sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
  • Actively participate in account planning and strategizing to maximize client satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to manage a team and mentor Junior sales executives.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in an Business Development role within the Telecommunications sector.
  • Professional or Managed Services Experience
  • Excellent understanding of SMS, Inbound Voice, cPaaS, and Workload Automation Solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
  • Prove track record selling into Enterprise Market
