Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement extensive strategies for business development.
- Actively seeking new business opportunities to expand revenue growth.
- Engage in contract negotiations and successfully conclude deals, reaching or surpassing sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs.
- Actively participate in account planning and strategizing to maximize client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to manage a team and mentor Junior sales executives.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven track record in an Business Development role within the Telecommunications sector.
- Professional or Managed Services Experience
- Excellent understanding of SMS, Inbound Voice, cPaaS, and Workload Automation Solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Prove track record selling into Enterprise Market
