Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on AV technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cisco.
  • Expand and strengthen relationships within the Mining partner ecosystem to drive co-sell and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive account growth strategies, ensuring customer success through value-driven engagements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, closing deals that align with revenue and business growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AV Solutions based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and Marketing representatives to design and deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a business development or sales role within the technology sector, with a focus on AV Control Systems , Cisco Webex, Video Conferencing
  • Experience selling or working with Microsoft, Cisco, cloud and security solutions.
  • Strong Knowledge of AV technology and solutions
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing strategic client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership of territory and drive growth.
