Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Recommend and develop tailored solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and the MS365 suite.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and the MS365 stack.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience in consulting and customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
