Role Responsibilities:

• Negotiation Lead: You'll negotiate and acquire building access agreements.
• Coordination: You'll coordinate delivery and integration of access, space, and power with other functional groups.
• Financial Management: You'll forecast and manage expenditures related to access and utilities, tracking their impact on budgets.
• Project Delivery: You'll assist in on-time delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and other constraints.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in a related field and position, with 10 years preferred in large construction deployments
• Strong background in building access, contract management, and negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in project management and financial software
