As a Bauueberwacher, you will oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to technical and legal standards while maintaining a high level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor subcontractors' work in customer activation, ensuring alignment with execution plans and service descriptions.
•  Ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements, including quality standards, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
•  Document defects, oversee their resolution, and maintain detailed construction diaries.
•  Conduct regular inspections of construction sites, recording findings comprehensively.
•  Facilitate the use of IT systems for construction documentation by subcontractors.

Skills/Must have:

• Previous experience in glasfaser/tiefbau installations
• Background within customer activations
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Fluent in German language (C1+)
• Mobility and willingness to travel for work, possessing a Class B driving license.
