Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity management.
  • Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for Azure and O365, including identity protection, conditional access, and data loss prevention.
  • Plan and execute migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, including email, file storage, and applications.
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to optimize deployment, monitoring, and management tasks.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Azure and O365 environments, resolving escalated issues efficiently.
  • Configure and manage backup solutions for cloud workloads and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
  • Use tools like Azure Monitor and Microsoft Defender to track system health, optimize performance, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide guidance to clients and internal teams.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Azure/O365 engineering or administration role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VM management, Azure AD, networking, and security.
  • Expertise in Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle escalated client issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
