As the leader of the Tech Blue team, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support and solutions to their customers and partners. Your professional AV experience will contribute to achieving our sales objectives while delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in assistive communication technologies and their applications across market segments 
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for our products via phone, email, web, and on-site visits or events 
  • Oversee and manage daily operations, team performance, and resolve operational issues 
  • Create and deliver training programs, how-to videos, and technical documentation 
  • Assist product management with product documentation reviews, including user manuals, quick start guides, design and connection guides, and master format specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and functionality
  • Lead initiatives to optimize processes and infrastructure for future growth and expansion
  • Identify and support potential integration with 3rd party systems (i.e Q-Sys, Biamp, Crestron, etc)

Skills/Must have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of AV integration techniques and networking hardware 
  • Biamp, Crestron, Q-Sys Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 + years leading teams
  • Experience using CRM/ticketing support systems
