They are now seeking an AV Technical Engineer to join their team in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage AV projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and deliver customized AV solutions.
- Oversee all phases of AV installations, including system design, equipment selection, wiring, programming, and testing.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the AV team, including engineers, technicians, and installers.
- Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and best practices, implementing them to enhance project outcomes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure all AV systems are functioning optimally.
Team Management:
- Supervise and mentor the AV technical team, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance to maintain high standards of work quality and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
