The Opportunity:

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and the ability to oversee systems integration and project management. They will work closely with engineering staff to coordinate resources, from installation crews and programming personnel to facility upgrades of all scales. Scheduling resources for commissioning and troubleshooting new and existing systems will be a key responsibility. Additionally, the successful candidate will be skilled in scheduling and managing technical client training, as well as creating operations manuals or quick start guides for complex systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support all project phases, from pre-sales through service and support, adhering to established company processes.
• Assist company leadership with various project aspects, including conducting site visits, creating conceptual designs with preliminary cost estimates, and facilitating design meetings by taking and distributing minutes.
• Provide administrative support with procurement, tracking, and logistics of project equipment and materials.
• Oversee equipment and material deliveries, ensuring proper receipt and organization for the engineering and installation teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Visio, Excel, Word)
