Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems, including video walls, sound systems, and integrated technology solutions.
- Manage project timelines and ensure installations meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct site surveys, identify requirements, and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installations.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AV installation, with a minimum of 3+ years in an engineering role.
- Familiarity with AV systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
