AV Installation Engineering Lead - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and execute the installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems, including video walls, sound systems, and integrated technology solutions.
• Manage project timelines and ensure installations meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys, identify requirements, and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, and project management) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in AV installation, with a minimum of 3+ years in an engineering role.
• Familiarity with AV systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality installations.

Salary: 

• £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
