AV Engineer - Consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for conference room-related queries.
• Conduct monthly audits, covering 50% of the AV estate.
• Ensure timely completion of Incident Management and IMAC processes in line with service-level agreements.
• Execute non-standard requests, project tasks, and quotations within agreed timescales.
• Maintain and update end-user guides.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in a related IT role or equivalent.
• Ability to implement medium-level fixes and demonstrate technical competency.
• Multi-disciplinary expertise, typically gained through a combination of formal education and on-the-job training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with end users.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes, customer-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills.

Security Clearance Requirement:

• The role requires Security Check (SC) clearance. 
• Qualify, candidates must have resided continuously in the UK for the last five years, among other criteria.
• During the recruitment process, applicants will be asked about their eligibility for security clearance, including residency status and nationality. Some positions may be restricted to sole UK nationals for security reasons.

Salary:

• £30,000 + £2,000 Relocation Bonus
