Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance visits for customers, ensuring their Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, and Digital Signage systems are properly maintained.
• Proactively identify and address potential failures before they occur, resolve known issues, and provide feedback on system status with recommendations for optimal operation, future use, and reliability.
• Respond to reactive support calls at customer sites to resolve faults that cannot be fixed remotely.
• Clearly and thoroughly communicate identified faults to our helpdesk team and explain issues to clients in an understandable manner.
