Role Responsibilities:

  • You'll manage field personnel performance, ensuring high standards and productivity.
  • You'll plan and execute projects, including material, labor, permitting, and completion.
  • You'll handle client communication, sign-offs, and project debrief meetings.
  • You'll oversee project scheduling and reporting, maintaining budget and profitability goals.
  • Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
  • Occasionally move up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Use of appropriate PPE as required.
  • Exposure to various working conditions inside and outside.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of related Project Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5+ years of related industry experience is preferred.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Current, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
  • BICSI And OSHA 30 (Or be willing to obtain within 180 days)
